Stuffed Bell Pepper

Ingredients
See Basic Meatloaf Recipe
One bell pepper for each 4 oz meatloaf
Directions
Follow the first two steps in Basic Meatloaf.  Parboil bell pepper – one for each 4 oz of meatloaf. Stuff bell pepper with 4 oz meatloaf and top with remaining sauce.  Bake 1 hour.
Abstinent Measuring
Each stuffed pepper = 1 protein and 1 vegetable
