Quick Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
3 ½ oz Chicken Breast, baked
½ cup Spaghetti Sauce, sugar-free
½ oz Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Cover Chicken Breast with Spaghetti Sauce and top with Cheese.  Heat in microwave.
Abstinent Measuring
1 serving = 1 protein, ½ c optional condiment
Make it a Meal
Serve with Italian Green Beans and Salad.
Note
Precooked chicken breast are available in the freezer section of your local grocery store :-)
