A: When I travel I like to get a refrigerator and coffee maker in the
hotel room and stock it with fresh fruit, yogurt and milk for coffee. I bring my measuring cup and tablespoon, oat
bran and a cinnamon and artificial sweetener mix to make my own breakfast.
Also, you can heat the water in the coffee maker and add it to oatmeal to
make a breakfast cereal. I like to bring
pre-measured baggies – no muss no fuss.
